PEANUT-DETECTING LATERAL FLOW ASSAY
USC MEDESIGN, 2022
- Developed two lateral flow assay models using SolidWorks
- Used computational stress analysis to determine optimal pressure points
- 3D printed assay in PLA and designed for injection molding
ARTICULATING WALL-E
USC: ITP 308, 2022
- Fabricated and mated over 178 parts to create a mobile WALL-E in SolidWorks
- Created functional gear mates to articulate tracks
- Enables 5-DOF eye movement with the ability for WALL-E to fold up into a box!
COST-EFFICIENT HOLTER MONITOR
USC: SENIOR PROJECT, 2022
- Developed arrhythmia detection algorithm via C++ to detect bradycardia and tachycardia through EKG data
- Constructed wireless holter monitor system to continuously monitor cardiac activity over a 14 day period using Arduino
- Optimized electrical circuit to reduce product cost to less than $120 per unit
- Used SolidWorks to develop two forms of holter monitor casing, including silicon injection molds
